Temple University
Temple University (TU) is an American public research university in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
History
In 2020, Gates Philanthropy Partners awarded Temple University a $600,000 grant for a project titled "Combating COVID-19: Protecting the Most Vulnerable."[1]
Temple University's Acting President, JoAnne Epps, died suddenly and unexpectedly on September 19, 2023 while onstage during a livestreamed funeral proceeding for another Temple official.[2]
