The Slow Mo Guys is a YouTube channel run by Gavin Free and Daniel Gruchy.

COVID-19

Dr. Anthony Fauci, then head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), appeared in an October 22, 2020 video in which he and Free advocated for "the importance of wearing masks and face coverings" to prevent the spread of COVID-19.[1] Dr. Fauci subsequently described the video as "a perfect demonstration" of the need for people to wear face masks.[2]

On February 4, 2021, Gavin Free appeared on behalf of the Slow Mo Guys on an episode of PBS Digital Studios' Be Smart to promote herd immunity and COVID-19 vaccines. The video was sponsored by Gates Notes.[3]
