Predictive Technology Group

Predictive Technology Group is an American life sciences company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

History

Predictive Technology Group was founded on August 25, 2005 under the name "K-9 Concepts, Inc."[1][2] The company was originally based in Kowloon, Hong Kong, and focused on marketing vitamin C-laced shower heads.[3]

In February 2008, the company performed a reverse merger with a shoe company called Aussie Soles.[3:1] K-9 Concepts changed its own name and continued operations as Aussie Soles Group, Inc. It purchased another company called Global Homes, Inc. on January 7, 2010,[4] and once again rebranded to the Global Housing Group.

This company then renamed to Global Enterprises Group. On March 24, 2015, the company announced that it had acquired a biotech startup called Predictive Therapeutics, LLC.[5] They launched a new website on May 4, 2015.[6] Soon after that, the company adopted Predictive’s name and branding and became Predictive Technology Group.

On November 6, 2015, the company announced the acquisition of LifeCode Genetics.[7] On June 2, 2016, LifeCode Genetics changed its name to Predictive Diagnostics.[8]

On January 9, 2018, Predictive Technology Group announced its intent to acquire FlagshipHealth Group.[9]

On August 22, 2018, Predictive Technology Group signed a deal to acquire Taueret Laboratories.[7:1]

On September 25, 2018, Predictive Technology Group announced its acquisition of Inception Dx.[10]

On October 16, 2018, Predictive Technology Group announced its acquisition of Regenerative Medical Technologies (RMT).[11]

In April 2019, Predictive Technology Group announced it had successfully integrated the FlagshipHealth Group team into the operations of its subsidiaries, Predictive Biotech and Predictive Laboratories.[12]

On May 2, 2019, Predictive Technology Group announced its submission to be listed on the Nasdaq.[13]

COVID-19

In April 2020, Predictive Laboratories launched the Assurance AB™ COVID-19 IgM/IgG Rapid Antibody Test in partnership with Wellgistics and MyID.[14][15]
