Moonshine Cafe

Moonshine Cafe is a Canadian restaurant in Oakville, Ontario.

COVID-19

On July 15, 2021, the Moonshine Cafe announced across their social media platforms a "no jab, no tab" policy, requiring that customers wishing to sit indoors show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.[1] The policy sparked significant public backlash, leading the restaurant to remove the social media posts before the end of the day.[2] On July 16, the restaurant announced it had retracted the policy, apologizing to those offended "on the issues of privacy, human rights and discrimination."[3][4][5]

Appears Moonshine Cafe took down their discriminatory ‘vaccinated only’ Facebook post from yesterday. Did they backtrack? Only getting voicemail at 905-844-2655. Pressure works.” [Tweet].
