Charles River Ventures (CRV) is an American venture capital firm based in Palo Alto, California.

History

In February 2014, CRV invested $4.6 million in Cybereason, an Israeli cybersecurity company.[1]

In May 2015, CRV participated in a $25 million Series B funding round for Cybereason with fellow investors Spark Capital and Lockheed Martin.[2]
