Adam Yedidia

Adam Yedidia is a former employee of FTX.

History

Yedidia met Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) at Epsilon Theta, a boarding fraternity at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).[1]

In the fall of 2017, SBF invited Yedidia to join him in a venture that would become Alameda Research, which Yedidia declined. He joined Alameda's sister company, FTX, in January 2021.

Following FTX's collapse in late 2022, it was claimed that Yedidia held private FTX keys, allowing him to potentially be responsible for the disappearance of customer funds.[2]

Adam was a very close friend of Sam and worked at FTX when everyone resigned. It was an internal understanding that Adam was a successor to Nishad and was set to replace him.’” [Tweet].
