COVID-19
On August 17, 2021, Action4Canada filed a lawsuit with lawyer Rocco Galati against various federal and provincial officials related to Canada's COVID-19 response.[1] The suit was struck in its entirety, and subsequently highlighted by the Law Society of British Columbia as an example of how not to file a lawsuit.[2]
In January 2022, a campaign initiated by Action4Canada contributed to the successful reversal of a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy previously announced by Ronald McDonald House Charities.[3]
