Innovative Medicines Canada
Innovative Medicines Canada (IMC) is a Canadian pharmaceutical industry association based in Ottawa, Ontario. It is affiliated with the Health Research Foundation (HRF).[1]
History
IMC participated as a partner in the This Is Our Shot mass advertising campaign for COVID-19 vaccines.[2]
IMC purchased advertising space with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in 2020-2022.[3]
Organization
IMC is represented on the board of directors for the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB) by Crawford Wright.[4] It is also partnered with the Best Medicines Coalition[5] and is a paying member of Ad Standards.[6] It is also a member of the Business Council of British Columbia (BCBC).[7]
