CENTRA Technology

CENTRA Technology, Inc. was an American government services company based in Arlington, Virginia. It functioned as a cutout for the United States Federal Government, including running scientific conferences for the Central Intelligence Agency.[1] It was led by Harold Rosenbaum.[2]

History

CENTRA was founded in 1997.[1:1] The company was acquired by Pacific Architects and Engineers (PAE) in October 2020.[3] PAE was subsequently acquired by and merged into Amentum in February 2022.[4]

Services

CENTRA provided services in "Continuity of Operations / Continuity of Government (COOP/COG) programs and devolution planning," as well as preparation for "extreme weather events, acts of terrorism, pandemics, and a wide range of other crises."[5]
